Loretta's Dresser ships all products via USPS. All of our jewelry is lead and nickel free. Your jewels will arrive to you packaged with LD's logo and packaging along with care instructions. If you ordered earrings there will also be an additional set of backs just in case you need them. Caring for your jewels will guarantee a longer life. Currently we are not accepting returns. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations please send us an email and we will do our best to resolve your issue. Shipping fees will be added at check out and any local tax that may be required to collect.
