Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all of our products on a first in, first out basis (orders received before 4pm EST Mon will be sent out by end of business Wed) via USPS. All paid invoices will be mailed at that time. Unpaid invoices will go out the following week unless we've planned a second run. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to USPS backlog. Tracking information will be sent as soon as package is delivered to USPS.

Return & Exchange Policy

Loretta's Dresser accepts exchanges of broken or damaged items only within 5 business days of purchase. If your item is received damaged simply send us an email at ld2reboot@gmail.com with the photos of the damages and we will respond with mailing address to send return to. Your exchanged item will be the same exact item unless we are out of stock, if we are out of stock we will send you an item of equal value and as similar to the damaged item as possible. Exchanged items will only be shipped once the damaged item has been received. Due to some shipping delays, exchanges may exceed 10 days. We will work diligently to get your item back to you undamaged and as quickly as possible.
